Purchasing
CAP's Office Suite provides a Purchasing module (CAP BuyWise), which contains Order and Receiving functions. Simply click on the desired function and construct your own Purchase Order or enter the inventory that has been Received. Information entered at this screen is automatically sent throughout the system, updating the inventory files.

Inventory: The Office Suite provides total inventory control. The status of a product can be checked by serial number, which allows you to automatically confirm data such as warranty information. History of the item can be checked providing information such as how long ago an item sold and from what vendor.

Names: The Names feature is possibly the most impressive innovation. It provides information about customers that no other program parallels. Notes detailing personal information regarding a customer can be kept using the exclusive Notepad. Record customer preferences, purchase history, shipping information and shopping habits to personalize your service. One can invite regular customers to special events or provide sale previews, thereby increasing the Direct Mail campaigns of the business. Account history is also provided giving a concise record of each customer's payment history.
